Bat shit crazy is one step beyond just plain crazy. It is usually a temporary thing...sparked by something unexpected, or just really awful.
ex: As soon as he saw me humping his mom, he went bat shit crazy.

Best Expletive Ever!
While watching Weeds last night, Kevin Nealon's character called an old Mexican lady a "cock juggling thunder cunt." I can't wait to use that in conversation.
Don't you just love his expressions? LOL. I wish I was watching this season. I still need to play catch up with Season 3! Doug is my favorite character EVER I think. Dude is too funny. :)
