Florida Bound
I accepted a job yesterday. Looks like I'm headed to Florida around the last week of April. The new position is offering a $3000 relocation bonus, so that gives me a little cash to help find a place to live. The picture above is a house we are interested in seeing, but it's price ridiculously low so I'm betting it's another case of Chinese drywall.

argh. I feel like I'm being teased about all the pretty houses I'd be visiting you guys in and then...nope, not the one. haha
You are being teased? We have been soooooo excited about the last two. It's heartbreaking.
of course you were more invested than I was. I was warned not to "fall in love" with houses too quickly for this reason. I think we've all gone thru it.
I don't think we so much fall in love because we are able to walk away. I think it is more along the lines of "YAY! Finally finished looking and get to move forward!" But then we have to start all over again..
Crap, turns out that this house has a pending contract.
