Bat shit crazy is one step beyond just plain crazy. It is usually a temporary thing...sparked by something unexpected, or just really awful. ex: As soon as he saw me humping his mom, he went bat shit crazy.

I can top that, I have dropped my in the toilet, yeah after when I went to flush it fell out of my pocket and "splash" Ahhhh I needed a new one anyway.
i dropped mine in the tub. that's what i get for trying to bath my kids with the phone stuck to my ear.
Maybe you needed a new cell phone anyway...

Friend of mine did the toilet drop, too. I think it's pretty common... that's why I keep mine in my jeans pocket, either really deep or tight enough to stay put! Never in the shirt pockets!!
I managed to drop mine in a cup of sweet tea....
Uh oh! Sorry about the phone! I had a scare with mine last night. I thought I had left it in my jeans pocket when I threw it in the washing machine! Thank goodness I didn't!
